We make investments in consistently profitable businesses with annual sales up to £10m. We invest in people we believe in and in businesses where we can add real value. We look for a track record of stable earnings, low customer churn, predictable cashflows and identifiable growth opportunities.

We look to acquire a strong minority position, typically hold a Board seat and use our experience to work alongside capable management teams to scale the business organically and through acquisition. We have vast experience of ‘buy and build’ and can support businesses create significant value via this strategy.

We invest in technology-enabled service businesses within Business Services, TIC (testing, inspection, and certification), Preventative Healthcare, Leisure, and Construction Services sectors.

About Simon Cashmore

Amberley Capital is led by Simon Cashmore, a former winner of EY’s Entrepreneur of Year – Private Equity award for the Midlands region.

Simon is a chartered management accountant. Following an early career in finance at Bass plc and RAC plc, he went on to become Managing Director of RAC’s Corporate Services business prior to commencing his entrepreneurial journey at age 37. He has since led the acquisition of over 20 SMEs and built groups of scale, both privately and with the support of growth capital and private equity investment.

  • Perfect Balance is a multidisciplinary clinic of musculoskeletal and wellbeing experts. Based in six locations across London, Hertfordshire, and Cambridgeshire the clinics provides physiotherapy, osteopathy, shockwave therapy, sports massage and athlete services, nutrition, and functional medicine.
